<div>This week I was going through a media withdrawal, as <a href="http://www.hkin.educ.ubc.ca/School/grad/masters.htm" target="_blank">school</a> is demanding most of my time &amp; energy these days. I&#8217;m realizing how important it is to keep on exercising, especially when it seems like I&#8217;m &#8216;too busy&#8217; to re-direct any of my time to anything but working, or stressing about working. Exercising is what gives me the energy to work, to focus, to create. Many of my best thoughts come when I&#8217;m running or swimming.  (Oh &#8211; wait &#8211; this post started off talking about media &#8211; just replace the word &#8216;exercise&#8217; with &#8216;tweeting&#8217; &#8211; thanks!)</div>
