Took the old hghwy 19 north of Nanimo & even tho it was 6 yrs since I rode it, I remembered the route – specfic turns & bends…& where my dad got a flat.#

  • Made it to Parksville moments before the rain & sunset. Hard grind! Enjoying a much-deserved #Starbucks #oatmealhttp://yfrog.com/0qxmimj#

Hey everyone, it’s Thanksgiving Day! I’m happy with my extra day off, and I am planning to doing something fun that’ll probably involve a bike ride and seeing something new in Sunset I haven’t seen yet.
You write new post at Thanksgiving?
